Suggested Settings
The ability to customize is part of what makes the bsecure Filter the best you
can find. Each section below provides step-by-step instructions based on your
situation. You may wish to make the filter stronger or weaker than our
recommendations, depending on the level of security and accountability of your
exact need. If you have any questions, our qualified support team can answer

Suggested Filter Settings for Website Lists
Activate the white-list only setting, follow these steps:

Double click the Green Light bulb in the control panel or the bsecure
Desktop Icon.

Type your password.

Click the Content Filter
button.

Click Website Lists.
-
Check Allow only above sites check box.

Type web address of any approved sites.
-
Click the Add
button.

Repeat as necessary.
-
Click Apply.
-
Click OK to return to main menu.
Suggested Settings for Application Control

Check all applications unless there are any specifically used by the company.

Check all categories except those necessary for company business. Note: A
white list may make this option unnecessary.
